We allow returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send items back to our warehouse.
Please note that for international returns to Mongolia, shipping costs may be significant.
Refund Processing:
Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days (excluding bank holidays) after we receive, inspect, and accept the returned item.
Duties & Taxes:
Any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable; however, they may be able to claim a refund with their local customs office if applicable.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item purchased; exchanges for different items are not permitted. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
